Heavy-Duty Jumper Cables – 100A All-Plastic Insulated Battery Clamps

Premium Jumper Cables for Reliable Vehicle Jump-Starts

Our Heavy-Duty Jumper Cables are engineered for maximum safety, durability, and performance. Designed with 100A current capacity, these all-plastic insulated battery clamps ensure secure and efficient power transfer, making them ideal for jump-starting cars, trucks, motorcycles, and boats. Whether you’re a professional mechanic or a car owner, these cables provide a dependable solution for emergency battery boosts.

Key Features

1. High-Conductivity Copper Cables

  • Made with high-purity copper wires for superior electrical conductivity.

  • Minimizes voltage drop, ensuring quick and effective jump-starts.

  • Thick gauge (recommended 6AWG or lower) for handling up to 100A of current.

2. All-Plastic Insulated Clamps for Safety

  • Fully insulated plastic handles prevent accidental shocks.

  • Heavy-duty steel clamps with strong spring tension for a secure grip on battery terminals.

  • Color-coded (red for positive, black for negative) to prevent incorrect connections.

3. Durable & Weather-Resistant Construction

  • Thick PVC insulation protects against abrasion, heat, and moisture.

  • Resistant to oil, acid, and extreme temperatures (-40°F to 176°F / -40°C to 80°C).

  • Reinforced cable joints for long-lasting performance.

4. Optimal Length for Easy Use

  • Available in 8ft, 12ft, or 16ft lengths for flexible vehicle positioning.

  • Longer cables allow safe connections without direct vehicle contact.

5. Universal Compatibility

  • Suitable for cars, SUVs, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, and marine batteries.

  • Works with 12V lead-acid batteries (not for 24V systems).

Applications

✔ Emergency jump-starts – Quickly revive dead batteries on the road.
✔ Battery maintenance – Connect to a charger or maintain charge.
✔ Workshop & roadside assistance – Essential for mechanics and first responders.

Safety Guidelines

⚠ Always follow proper jump-start procedures:

  1. Connect red clamp (+) to dead battery’s positive terminal.

  2. Attach the other red clamp (+) to the donor battery’s positive terminal.

  3. Connect black clamp (-) to donor battery’s negative terminal.

  4. Ground the last black clamp (-) on an unpainted metal surface (away from the dead battery).

  5. Start the donor vehicle, then attempt to start the dead vehicle.

  6. Disconnect in reverse order.

❌ Avoid:

  • Touching clamps together while connected.

  • Using on damaged or leaking batteries.

  • Exceeding the 100A current rating for extended periods.

Maintenance & Storage Tips

🔹 Store in a dry, cool place – Avoid prolonged sun exposure.
🔹 Inspect before use – Check for frayed wires or corroded clamps.
🔹 Clean with a damp cloth – Remove dirt and battery acid residue.
